BUSINESS USE
01
Agree the specification, quantity, delivery terms and payment milestones before sending funds.
02
Connect a payment to an agreed stage and acceptance record. A transfer does not certify completion of the works.
03
Agree the scope, price and deliverables. Retain the contract or invoice alongside the payment identifier.
PAYMENT AGREEMENT
Record the contract currency, DUBYT amount or conversion method, rate reference and time, fee payer and due date. Do not assume a fixed exchange or redemption value.
Confirm the wallet address and network through your established conversation with the counterparty. A company name alone cannot authenticate a payment address.
Use an actual agreed source of DUBYT. An account on SUN PHI does not itself provide a token balance or a conversion service.
Review and sign in the wallet. Both parties check the verified outcome and retain the identifier with the invoice. Agree any refund as a new transfer.
GROW WITH THE NETWORK
01
A business can pay and receive without becoming a registered company operator or acquiring voting authority.
Wallet guide →02
A business with suitable resources can evaluate an operator role, its costs and the reward rules. Participation should follow useful demand.
Operator guide →SEPARATE RESPONSIBILITIES
A confirmed payment proves the recorded transfer under the network rules. It does not establish delivery, product quality, fulfilment of a contract or automatic escrow protection. The parties retain responsibility for their commercial agreement.
SUN PHI account access, DueByte account access and wallet keys serve different purposes. Linking business records or disclosing information requires a deliberate user action. Keep private contracts and personal information out of public payment records.
